"This agency allows fraud and client information to be released to unauthorized parties, I was trying to handle an estate matter with a vehicle and an employee (lucy pinto) of this agency took the liberty to disclose information she had discussed with us to an outside party which in turn made the matter at hand so much longer and tedious, this employee has also in the past used Statefarm emails, documents, info etc. against the individuals will or consent which is probably illegal as well ..... 1 out of 100 do not recommend and the owner after having a detailed conversation decided to argue the undeniable proof of what her agent had done."
